I need a ruling on trashy/not trashy.

Neighbors up the street have like 6 cars in the driveway at all times. Late in the evenings, they’re all standing outside smoking and drinking and being loud af. One of the young “men” rolls up in his muscle Challenger with the music blaring and no muffler. Lots of tats at that address.
They are ruining my idyllic upper middle class existence.
ETA: The “mom” of this outfit appears by all accounts to be a MILF. They haven’t lived there very long, so I’m still trying to figure out the family dynamic.
