I lost my job today

Long story short, I work at an upscale restaurant and I was fired cause a customer skipped out on his bill a few days ago. I told my manager to cover for me cause my wife and I were fighting over the phone. So I come back from my break and fight out this jerk dined and dashed. They wanted me to pay for this but I told them to GFY. Hopefully they don't take this out on my paycheck

The good thing about being a server, every other restaurant that you haven't worked at before won't give a shite why you were let go from the previous employer.....especially before the football/holiday season.
