I have been diabetic almost 40 years and on a pump.

I have seen the effects on 3 of my friends who drank. It wasn't good.

one last her eyesight and legs one last his foot and other had kidney and pan transplant.

I try my best to take care of myself to avoid all that stuff. It might happen to me but it will not be because of drinking colt 45's

So what is that, 64oz of Colt 45? I don't think that in itself is going to kill someone. That stuff is like 4.5% alcohol.

Can't speak to the rest of his diet. You have to think about overall intake/expenditure of calories.
