It's simp world.
A lot of the money comes from inexperienced men who think that they can develop some kind of real bond with these skanks. They're not just paying for "content," they view themselves (ridiculously) as potential romantic interests.
This is particularly likely to happen when there's some perception of shared interests (which these sluts tend to play up). She's a "gamer girl" or a "total nerd" so of course she wants to frick a dude that shares her same interest in whatever obscure game or anime... right?
I realize this sounds absurd, but you can find threads on Reddit where young men who were suddenly disabused of these misconceptions express their frustrations.
