He never actually met Pablo Escobar til like 1984. Film makes it look like they hooked up late 70’s.
He got fired from TWA. He didn’t quit.
He was smuggling drugs (marijuana) way before the CIA got involved.
The was no ‘CIA guy’ that recruited him and guided him. Just a bunch of separate encounters with different random agents st different times.
The pics of him and the cartel were released AFTER his death. They didn’t ‘cause’ his death and he sure as hell didn’t see them on tv.
I could go on, but I don’t have all day. Trust me, it’s all made up.

Hardcover is an eye popping $841. And that’s with a substantial discount. Makes one wonder if there’s not some cocaine stuck between the pages

Exactly. All is how I remember it but, I forget what judge it was, did him no favors publicizing and giving him Community service unprotected.
