I used to be a quality manager at a company that was working as a co-man for making their Mac and cheese. It was trash.

Their standards were so low we would rework the rejects from church’s into it. And with noodles and cook cycles that makes for really mushy noodles. So if you have that as a side and notice that….thats why. We/they try to keep rework under 2.5% to hide it.

About once every six months to a year, I’ll get a hankering for their three piece fish dinner.

Sure, if you run down to your local Captain D's, you can probably catch up with him.

It was the Monroe, LA location. He said he went to Johnny's Pizza first, but the after-church crowd ate all the sweep the floor pizzas off the buffet.

That's why you're out of a job, and I always order fried okra at Captain D's.

How much do they charge for hush puppies?

I used to get their seafood feast on Sundays back in the day.

He was good.
He’s no moss or rice.

Not even close although he could have been. He was more physically gifted than most and in his prime was arguably the most dominant WR in the league at the time. But where he fell short was between the ears. He was his own worst enemy and never reached his full potential.

As a kid I loved Captain D's sandwich. They built a new one in my home town and went in to get one, it was like eating a salt block. I couldn't even finish it.

Are you sure it wasn't Antonio Brown? I get those two confused sometimes. They are very similar.

Owens is significantly taller and bigger

Also I doubt Brown returns to the US anytime soon

Man, I miss Captain D's, where else can you put all the food in there and just deep fry the basket? But anyway cool.

I think it's like 5 bucks for a dozen.
They have pretty good hush puppies TBH.
I like to dip them in white sauce.
