It sounds like you have evaluated your job and your only priorities are the salary, the hours, and the benefits.
The new company is offering better of all three.
Leave.
I am not judging you for it - but my work evaluation is broader than that. It includes the people I work with, the purpose we are working for, and the ability to work with the segment of the population I currently do.
We each have our priorities. It’s best that we don’t try to confuse the issue within our own minds. No job will ever offer all of it. My job will never pay me what I deserve. I am good with that.
Decide what you value and pursue it.

d I'm sure they will come with an offer I can't refuse.
The worst time to offer someone a raise is when they are willing to quit.
There is a reason that you were looking/talking for new jobs and the new company.

Of course, I am. But it is going sting for my current company for a while. They aren't that big and have a hard time keeping employees because of the stress of the projects and the hours needed to keep their schedules.. and they keep to their scheduled completion dates, which is why they have the clientele that they do.
Weird that they struggle to keep people when they pay below market rates and come with higher expectations.
You’d think people would flock to the combo of being underpaid and overworked. I bet the company makes bank on these premium projects with sub premium compensation for employees

I’d leave. frick the old company.

Construction? Take the job and move on. Trust me, you’re replaceable. Give them 2 weeks notice, they’ll pay you the two week and walk you out within 48 hours. You’ll have 12 days of decompressing before the next rat race.

I've kicked a hornet's nest within my current company and I'm sure they will come with an offer I can't refuse. What would the OT do? Wait for the offer? Leave no matter what?
I quit my job in 1998. I only talked to my boss instead of running my mouth. The next thing I know I am sitting in front of the VP and he is telling me I cant afford to leave because he started throwing money, positions, bonus etc at me. I stayed. No regrets.
I 100% agree with you that you cannot keep living on promises and prestige. Time for your employer to pony up.

Take the new job. They see your value.

Did Wendy’s ever hire your replacement?

Insurance and retirement benefits are worth leaving

That's where I'm at right now. I find it odd that I haven't heard from my PM or the VP's. The owner used them as an example: they get bonus checks of 2-300k a year. Of course, I will never see their W2's.
His brother (VP) just recently got divorced. The reason for the lofty bonus program was to keep him from paying alimony. Payment was based on his monthly income. So, they decided that they would give small salaries and massive bonuses.
But, there's no guarantee.

Because in this society, it's not what you know, it's who you know.

Never take a counteroffer. They’ll only want you to stay on until they can replace you.

Take the new job. The old place didn't value you too much until you decided to pull the pin.
Keep that in mind at the new place as well.
Only be loyal to yourself. At the end of the day, none of these companies really give two shits about you.

I’m glad you asked.
The only way to increase your value, income and achieve your wealth goals is to move around.
I don’t mean you have to do it often, but I mean you have to be mindful of when is the right time. Some folks never have to jump ship, and they are very fortunate, But the majority of people who begin to excel at their jobs, have one big problem they face. That problem is their pay, never catches up to their development and years of Service.
The only way to rebalance that is to change roles or change companies.
Congratulations and don’t look back.

Eater-aye, less wear and tear on your vehicle, and nearly a third the hours?
Your in your mid twenties, huh?
Take new job and don’t look back.
