You do know hole punchers have paper alignment that makes it hard to frick it up right?

Potential drawback: It's a shared printer with about 10 employees with access. I risk someone else using my paper in the time between loading printer and initiating print job.

I screwed up the first 10 pages I attempted before posting this thread.

Wypipo

If you worked for me and trashed that 500 page document and reprinted it because you were too lazy to punch holes, you'd be packing up your office.

Edit: It probably wasn't even double sided you wasteful frick

I can make it so it only prints when I insert my Piv II badge...a security feature, here just a convenience.

Always do a 2-3 page practice print before a big print job.

You print out documents? Govt employee I guess.

It's amazing to me how much we still print and fax in 2020. My company prints and faxes thousands of pages daily. I'd say I print less than 10 pages per year.

Option 2- Re print, this time with hole punches included. Results in 500 pages and ink wasted.

Option 3 - realize its not happening today and call it a day

The OP is the secretary. That’s why they are the one printing documents.

We do have a auto hole punch, but she can only take about 25 pages at a time. That's about 3 minutes of awkward standing in the printing area and interacting with coworkers. I've already used the Titans-Bills talking points this morning.

what on earth do you do with 500 pages of printed paper these days. Keep it digital and searchable like a sane person.

Honest question.

Are you a time traveler? Haven’t heard of a company printing a 500 page document with punch holes in 30 years.

If not a time traveler do you work for a chainsaw company?
