I just griped about one worker, serving the public in BR, to her coworker.

I won't give the location to save the lady more potential for embarrassment, but my god, why can't more people be like ME and SMILE and be friendly with strangers?

This is kind of confusing. The lack of details raises questions. You went in somewhere for service & they didn't serve you with a friendly smile so you complained to that person's coworker? Okay.. What did the coworker say?
