I walked around Delhi in 115 degrees, does that count?

Seriously, unless there is a competition, I'm not working out. I will maintain my weight by not eating all of the pizza. I was a gymnast, LSU diver (yes, Slag, it's a fact and I have the media guide to prove it ) raced MX. I have zero desire to go to a gym. If the mood hits me, I will do some pushups.

No time like the present.
Cancel plans.
Hit the gym just for 30-45 min.
Plant the seed.

Opposite

I've been walking about 12 miles per week and lifting free weights in the garage with the door 3/4ths shut (it's like a freaking sauna) going on 9 months now.

Feel great, getting a little swole and lost 30 lbs.

I'm also taking Saxenda.

I sit at a computer 8-10 hours a day so I have to do something

That was me until about 9 weeks ago. Started eating right, swimming, running, and lifting some weights. Down 20 pounds and feel better than ever

I hadn't worked out in over 15 years as of three months ago. Im 47 and have pretty good genetics. I got a prescription of test and hit the weights five days a week. I feel great and my cupcakes are gone. Not to mention my morning wood is out of control.

Been alot longer for me. And have been the same weight for 20+ years. Eat like shite and drink. Blessed with great genes.

Meanwhile I lift weights 8-10 hours a week, walk my dogs 10-15 miles/week, eat 1500 or less calories a day and hardly ever consume alcohol.
Yet I can't seem to lose any weight. But some on here will tell you that genetics has nothing to do with it.

Eta: I did initially lose 30 lbs and I feel great but for the last 2 months I can't seem to shed another pound. And I'm not skinny by any means 5'-11" 215lbs.
