I have a situation at work

There is this really pretty girl at work. I asked her to join our group of coworkers to see a movie but she declined and said she had plans.
I cant get her out my mind though. I rush and half arse my work to just say hi to her at the end of my shift. I love her smile. I get really hurt when she walks by me sometimes and acknowledges other dudes. Yes, she has a boyfriend. What should i do? I want to move on but its so hard. i cant get a transfer to another work location till august.
Should I avoid and hide from her?
Ask for her snapchat and wait for her to break up with her boyfriend?
Quit my job and move back to Louisiana ??
