If anything, the white folks here should be thanked for ending slavery. Slavery started in Africa thousands of years before it came to America and still exist today with blacks having other blacks as workers....AKA slaves. We put an end to it over here by slaughtering 620,000 of our own fricking soldiers.....and modern-day looting and rioting is the thanks we get?

I’m not in favor of personal payments to anyone.
I would be in favor of increased resources provided to their communities. Provide them the resources they actually need (according to them) to thrive in an educational system. Hire the best teachers, best equipment, free meals, tutoring, all things to make school
And education available to them.
If that can’t help them, direct payments sure as frick won’t. They will blow through 450k in a fricking heartbeat.
