They hate us, so we hate them. They make no secret about that.
We only get Popeyes once every 6 months or so.
You would think that ordering on the app would make the whole ordeal easier. Nope! Still the same bad attitudes and shitty service when you get there

Any fast food restaurant, or any restaurant, is only as good as it's current manager. If they are lax, employees will be lax, if they are on point, employees will be on point.

Popeyes has the worst service of any chain on the planet.
I will only stop at one Popeyes. I don't want to give away my secret location, but this one has female work release prisoners for staff and it actually runs well.

I ordered 3 pc spicy tenders yesterday. Girl asked if I was okay with waiting 5 minutes for fresh ones.
I replied, "I'd love that, thanks"
She has a friend in the store, chatting to her and whatnot, but getting her orders out.
8 mins or so later, she is putting my box together, grabs a biscuit, then I can see her pressing on all of the biscuits with the tongs to test their freshness. She said, "can you wait another 2 minutes for a fresh biscuit?"
"Absolutely"
She dumps the tray with the remaining 4 older biscuits.
Couple of minutes later she hands me my bag. Get home and see 4 hot & fresh spicy tenders, piping hot mashed potatoes, 2 biscuits, & 2 sauces! She hooked it up with extra everything.
She asked if I cared about waiting, told her I had no where to be. She took care of me.

Believe it or not…. They local Popeyes make the local Jack and the box look like shite.
