I happen to love corn dogs - And the way they smell.

Would like to see someone make haute cuisine corn dogs. The very best hot dogs... spit roasted so the outside is that perfect color and crispiness. Then a corn meal batter like grandma used to make - the heavy almost gritty meal with bacon grease as shortening (and no damn sugar). Deep fried to slightly past golden brown...

Corn Dogs remind me of the old Hammond Square Mall. The corn dog stand just as you entered the main entrance made the whole place smell like corn dogs.
