The odds of that actually happening, as described, are extremely low.
I would think so too, but this disease has really brought out the crazy in some people. For the first time since this started, my wife and I had someone comment from their car about us not wearing a mask while exercising... As if I'm going to put something over my face while jogging when we're never within 20ft of others the entire time.
So, a scenario just happened to me that I wouldn't have believed if someone had made a thread about it on Tigerdroppings.

Not a single person has called me on not wearing a mask in the most progressive neighborhood in Dallas. I don't understand where these people are
I'm pretty sure 100% of the people working with a mask on are only doing so because they would get shut down by the state and not because they are scared of spreading the virus.

It’s the first time anyone has told me about not wearing a mask and I go everywhere without one. I will say this...... around city park there was a decent number of people wearing them just walking their dogs or jogging that absolutely didn’t have to have them. I don’t judge anyone though because I don’t know their personal story. Could have bronchitis or some other condition that makes them vulnerable.

Bravo! It didn't happen to me, but me and the wife both are essential and have been working the entire time. We have had to get the grandparents to help with the kids during the day. My mother in law was walking around her neighborhood with the kids one day, and said this old bitch came running out her home to yell at her about how the kids and her need to be inside and not walking around. My mother in law is definitely non confrontational and just walked away ignoring this lady. But when I heard that happened, I wished it would have been me instead of her. Because unlike her, I can go from kind to prick in the drop of a hat with people. I don't give a shite, either. I think you told her the best thing, to mind her business. Which, is what people need to fricking do anyway.

She ought to qualify as a frontline hero.
:sarcasm:
She needs to keep her 6 feet of space. Good move. Glad you shut her down.

Sometimes you have to fight Karen with Karen.

After you first bumped, did everyone clap too?

I was leaving walmart yesterday and the greeter started walking towards me with his hand out to look at my receipt.
I sternly said "6 feet please", and he backed up and waived me on through.
