I mean, they have to cross the pacific, clear Cape Horn, (unless they come through the canal which they aren't doing if they are attacking an American state) and then fight their way up to the gulf. Even assuming NOTHING stops them, that's a LOT of logistics that have to go right and a supply chain that is simply not sustainable in a battle situation.

Then once you get into Coonass territory? They'll have the approaches mined. Canals and rivers booby trapped. Shooting torpedoes at their larger ships.

What are they gonna do? Storm the "beaches" in Cameron parish. Much like a castle, they'll sink into the swamp.

Logistics do not favor them, but they have the numbers... which depend on logistics.

Yep. It’s either crossing the swamps and marshlands or going up the Mississippi River. And that’s a bottleneck that would be like shooting fish in a barrel.

Will be totally honest the very first time I saw the name was in a Facebook post by a friend and then a subsequent argument in the comments and I swore that they were talking about the football player Rob Gronkowski (Gronk). I was totally confused and thought they were just stupid then realized the spelling…..

Yeah, in the southern part of the state, capturing a city rewards you with...being surrounded by swamp. Even if you let them take New Orleans, a few well placed explosives isolates them. Cut the city off and bleed them (even more than the denizens of New Orleans will)

Chinese would run once the city stopped shooting at each other and started shooting at them.

Grok is awesome. Way better than Chatgpt IMO.

Grok is a damn liar.

ETA: That's not saying much, all of the "AI" programs are.

Louisiana with 1 year to prepare could actually hold off China pretty well in conventional warfare with no outside help. Louisiana only has it's national guard and citizens to fight.
little known fact: china's navy cant reach japan, much less cross an ocean. big bad boogey man is somehow our enemy. they are totallt economically dependant on us. let's ignore our real enemies the elite of the elitw.

I mean...they are our enemy. And nuclear.

We just happen to have an ocean between us that sort of neuters their power. And an unsurpassed navy in case they get froggy.

They'd never make it here.

Newsflash - modern warfare doesn’t even require them to leave their home base.

I use GPT, GROK, Google Gemini and a few others and I have found myself using Grok more and more. My only complaint about it is that prompts that work amazing on other AI don’t work that great with Grok because they seem to use a different format for prompts that there isn’t a lot of information on

We would destroy the roads and bridges, their armory getting through the swamps would cause problems

I think this has already begun. Is China off our shores right now?

Don’t forget about the Louisiana Guard!
