I get this phone call while at work today from a guy that is unhappy with his insurance

So as many of you already know I am a high-tier specialist for GEICO....well there's this guy that has been calling us for years trying to get his premiums down and asking why they keep going up....my lower tier interns keep trying to explain to him that with 3 DUI's on his record there really isnt much they can do.


He's usually very nice to them but today I got the call for soome reason and off the bat he told me "yall are gougin me im cancellin yall and goin to progressive"...well so I laughed a little and told him I would gave him a $95 discount and that he's actually been eligible for since 2013 ( I was just fricking with him) we tell that to everyone.

Anyway, he ask why the other agents didnt give it to him the countless other times he's called, I told him because I was a higher tier specialist and I had to power to do that for him....lol...he then ask to speak to a higher teir specialist and I told him I was as high as it gets.....Then this dumbass told me "to put the fricking Lizard on the phone"

It took me 10 minutes to explain to him the lizard wasnt real....he wasnt buying it.

Do people really think the lizard on TV is real?

I guess if you're dumb enough to buy GEICO Insurance, you're dumb enough to think the Lizard is real
