What kind of vendetta do you have against pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty girls?
ETA: Also, Bette Midler's version of the song is WAY darker. That pretty, pretty part of the song is replaced by Midler singing about how her sister is pretty and likes to bone and the guys take her out, use her, then toss her away and it hurts her sister to be used like that.
