I'm pretty sure you don't get all that money at once, I think you get a certain amount every so often. Unless you just tell them you want it all at once
It makes me sad that idiots like you have won and have virtually the same chances as anyone else to win.

You know you can just give an allowance to your parents and have them take care of their respective families so it isn't your burden to bare?
You seem like a loving son.

I thought of a way to have some fun with the money and sharing it with family. I'll hold a second lottery.
Let's set aside $30M for this family and friends lottery. For easy numbers, we'll say there are 10 people eligible for the drawing. So we'll have 10 "prizes" that will be given out. A couple will be big money. A couple will be 7 figures. A couple will be 6 figures. And 1 or 2 will be for $0.
How fricked up would it be to have 10 people walk in knowing they have a 50% chance to be a millionaire, a 90% chance to have $100K or more, and a 10% to get jack shite?
We could even take it one step further and sell tickets/chances to the group. Extra chances cost $10 each. Run it like the NBA Lottery. First pick gets the grand prize. Then go down the list of prizes. If a name pops up a second time you discard and pull until you get a unique name. I would obviously donate the proceeds of the extra chances to a local charity.
I'm not that sadistic, but it would be entertaining to watch if it was televised! Reality TV at it's finest.

It's actually pretty easy. Retain attorney. Let attorney make public statement that he is representing the winner, and that you will claim the prize at a later time. He can front you all the money in the world to do whatever you want for a few months. Claim prize later after things have calmed down. Hell, there will probably be another huge jackpot between now and when you claim it. You'll be old news once your name goes public.
This is exactly how you handle it.
In the meantime, said attorney is also setting up your corporation.

But every acquaintance, every distant cousin Billy Bob, will be coming and telling you about their problems and asking for money.
Access to my ranches won't be easy, if they ever found out the location that is.

I'd be pretty shocked if any of my friends would scoff at that.
You more then likely won't get the chance but you'd be surprised.

I could use that money. Close friends, family, charity around world and India.
But I could pay supermodels( forget hookers), drugs, and do all kinds of shite. open my own zoo or amusement park. Produce my own blockbuster movie. Have gladiator games in my backyard and an epic tree house or underground lair.
