If he can get and keep wood on the set. It's not always that easy. It's not a hidden camera thing you have camera people and other set people around the director needs positions for certain angles and you have to keep wood for a long time. You can't just do the money shot when you feel like and the directors want you to have a big load so you can't do any money shots the day of or even before for some directors. Shoots are most often during the day and time is money and may have to sit around all day naked hoping the girl actually likes working with you.
Also the girl you're working with may not be to your liking. She could just be a problem to work with and just laying there getting a paycheck and if you happen to be into the girl you can't get too excited.
During scenes with more than one guy can be problematic. You can't be queasy about having another dude there. Scenes with two or more girls are better in that if one girl is a bitch you may get along with the other girl and girls sometimes flake out on set or may not like you for any reason. On set they cater to the desires and wants of the girls. You're just a piece of wood. Some directors know that they can find 100 guys to replace you and get paid less than the girls and yet you have to be ready on set. A few guys get dependable reps and work steadily but at the end of the day you're just a piece of wood.
