I can't stand how ugly I've become

This bothers me a ton, but other people don't seem to mind. Never had an issue pulling girls, then or now. I'm 15 years past my prime, and whenever I look in the mirror I see this HS/College kid, but whenever someone takes a pic of me, I see this old man with a big head and jowls. My face has fulled up and I hate how I look in pictures. Like Leonardo.
Is this just something you have to accept with age, or is this the reason for plastic surgery?

I have the same issue.I look in the mirror and I don’t look so bad,photos I look like the old fart that I am.Some people age very well but most don’t.
