i wonder when minorities will catch on that it's not their skin color, it's that they act like red necks. we give red necks the name because they act like minorities, etc.

I think it depends on the tat location. High on the neck behind the ear of something that isn’t stupid always looks like cool tats to me. Chinese scripture on the side of the neck or the fox logo on the back of the neck like most rednecks get us pretty dumb.
