Same here. Cox in NO, and everything else is working on wi-fi

Mine is doing the same thing. Got on Facebook and ESPN fine but TD won't work work.

Cox at home.
I can go to pick a different wifi and get one click out of it. On LTE now.
Will try resetting the modem in a few.

Just change your DNS to obtain one of the public ones:
Using 8.8.8.8 works and connects with Cox. I just had to change mine and it works now. Dont obtain automatically

right click your network on bottom right screen
open network
click on "local network"
Click on properties
Find Internet Protocol Version 4
Click properties
Click use following DNS
Preferred: 8.8.8.8
Alt 8.8.4.4
Close browser
Open back up and should work
open network
click on "local network"
Click on properties
Find Internet Protocol Version 4
Click properties
Click use following DNS
Preferred: 8.8.8.8
Alt 8.8.4.4
Close browser
Open back up and should work

They've been working on it for 6hrs, and no ETA on the fix
