Inoceramus. Look at that big sucker. If it wasn't warm it wouldn't have gotten that large.
Gonna need some huge saltines to put that on.

I believe the climate is changing, just as it has for the entire history of this planet. I have yet to be presented evidence that it is man-made that isn't highly biased and backed by an agenda.
It's not my fault climate scientists crawled in bed with politicians who had a vested interest in pushing the narrative as an excuse for massive redistribution of wealth schemes.

I don’t buy the 1:1 correlation between CO2 and temperature they are selling because, well...there’s a sun and there’s varying distances and attitudes toward that sun. Sure, the heat that gets in through the atmosphere can be trapped at a rate that may correlate, but the over simplification of the warming story worries me as a scientist who runs models, albeit not atmospheric anymore. There are many, many factors that go into predictions and simply beating the 410 CO2 ppm drum just seems ingenuine. They need to overlay more data for me to fully believe...but hey, I’m listening.

Hardly ever see robins in LA anymore. They were everywhere in late winter in the 70s/80s

So these evil liberals were able to take over all the government scientists and also all the scientists in education but they can’t win an election?

I laugh at the humans who think they can change what happens on a planet spinning thousands of mph racing through space. Weather is going to change. That simple

Who, besides politicians, can make local/national/global policy? If your house is on fire, do you call the fire department or do you call 1-800-FLOWERS?

Redistribution of wealth?! What? Who is redistributing what wealth?

I wish I was bored enough to jump into this thread. So many cliches/talking points
Can we do this again maybe next week?

Until China and India decide to act, anything we do is just virtue signaling at best
Both China and India signed on to the Paris Climate Accord. Every country did but like Venezuela or some shite...well, until Trump pulled us out.
China is kicking arse in converting to solar power. They are making many, many concrete investments in renewable energy. Might be worth reading about if you're interested. Beijing's air quality has improved considerably, already.

You can't be this naive.

I'm sure you have statistics that outline this?

Again, specifics.

Define "considerably".

Dude, you're the fricking know-it-all who can dismiss 99% of climate scientists without a day of training...surely you know how to google for Chinese renewable energy initiatives.

You made the claim, it's up to you to provide evidence of that claim.

I do too. I also believe that there isn't anything we can do about it.
Grounding all of the Hollywood elite's Learjets would be a great start. They can fly commercial with the rest of us.
* Now, I don't think proposing this would make any difference on stopping "climate change"- but it would be worth it if it makes just a hand full of them STFU about climate change.
