well the world was in the Technology period where things changed much faster than in any other generation. So I do believe there should be a caveat for the Millennial generation being shorter than normal.

You mean like when we went from horses to fricking cars. Why does this piss some of you off so bad? Do you want to be a different stupid arse generation name or something?

Me being born in the early 80's can fit in with people born from the late 60s to people born in the late 90's rather easily.

Yep, it's all cause you don't want to be a millenial.

agree, its real simple- if you rode in the back of a truck on the interstate as a kid you are not a millennial. now that I think back on it, that was a pretty stupid thing to do

Nice to ignore the part where he says his range isn't locked in and the rest of page where most people have it start in the early 80s and end in the mid 90s.

Meaning that is could move further away from their original '82 start date.. which is should ...Hell I was born in 80 my brother in 84 and have about as much in common as oil and water.. He literally embodies what we commonly refer to as a millennial.. I do not.

So, I would fathom a guess that it's got to be more on the range of 84,85-late 90's imho.

Plus, I think most of us born pre- 81ish will never will never recognize being part of that group.

So... dw-that...faggie...

Ironically millennials who don't realize or refuse to accept they are millennials as they bash the younger generation they wrongly think are millennials are proof that their claims of millennials sucking arse are true.

Which is probably the wrong definition of a millennial. He is probably just a Faggie millennial acting like a snowflake.

What?? I'm being serious.. We literally are night and day and the only thing we share in common is a last name..

Which is preposterous. You tell anyone born pre 1980 that they'll be lumped into that group you'll get more grumblings than a weak stomach after bad Mexican food..

Nope. Mostly boomers. Some Xers who had children very early in their adulthood may have younger millennials.
Generation X is 1961 to 1981. That means they were 18 years old in 1979 at the earliest. 18 years old in 1999 at the latest.

We’re 39 years from the earliest Xers being 18 and 19 years from the latest Xers being 18.

The vast majority of millennials were born to Generation X.
