It’s worse now that the average speed is 80 mph. Including 18 wheelers

Ask anyone who has had the misfortune of living/driving in Atlanta about the "Atlanta Move". Basically means if you leave more than 1 millimeter of space between you and the car in front of you... some a-hole will slip in that space.

Then again, that requires offensive and defensive driving skills. So nevermind, you win.

The French are well known as the worst drivers in Europe. Their American descendants carry that gene.

90% of the problems are caused by lifted trucks or 4-cylinder sedans weaving in and out of traffic at 100 mph

The main problem with I-10/I-12 is it has the largest concentration of drivers who don’t understand the left lane is for passing only.

Something I've really noticed lately is that people in Baton Rouge suck at trying to merge onto the interstate. Through the city, the speed limit is 60. This means you need to be going at least 50-55 when you get to the top of the onramp, which is easily doable. Yet, everybody in Baton Rouge seems to be very reticent to accelerate. I can't count how many wrecks I've almost gotten into or seen almost occur being stuck behind someone on an onramp doing 35 trying to merge into traffic going 60-65.

I have. Even through Siskiyou Pass during a heavy snow. Doesn’t hold a candle to I-12

Yeah frick this BS! Atlanta is the shittiest concentrated collection of drivers that I have ever driven amongst. Literally fear for my safety every time I drive there which is as seldom as I can make it.
