When I lived in New Orleans years ago it seemed like a car was in flames on that stretch every other time I drove through there. Cursed stretch of interstate

the car that started it was an abandoned stolen car - in the lane... the driver of said stolen car was picked up walking down the interstate...my guess is - again - he is someone that should already have been locked up for earlier crimes.....
