Recent history has pretty much been the entire history of the presidency. We went from suspending Habeus Corpus to the New Deal to the Great Society to the Patriot Act to the last two presidents ruling with a pen and a phone. Congress has basically made itself a subordinate branch to the Executive with some mild checks from the Judicial. It is pretty sad to see the administrative state grow as large and powerful as it has.

I would volunteer my time to help scout out locations for re-education camps, and then hopefully get a position in the new Ministry for State Security.

Imagine meeting someone that believes all of the same things you do. I'd be questioning everything while sitting on the toilet waiting for their body to finish dissolving.

This is stupid. Additionally, it is like the boy who cried wolf. When you accuse Trump of being a dictator what will you say differently when a real dictator seizes power? Nothing. You'll be constrained to the same tropes, and no one will listen because you will sound like a broken record.
