No. Let me help you out. Many women, after they are married no longer want to have sex as frequently as they did when single and younger, they've got you. They also put on weight, get upset with themselves and the husband suffers because "I'm too fat" or "I feel gross" like the poor bastard in the op does. I've heard every one of those also. If I didn't know better, I would swear I made that spreadsheet. The reason I now better is that she stated they had sex 3 times in last 7 weeks. I'm way behind.

Obviously not true for all, but true for enough that it's a frequent issue in marital councelling and well known fodder for jokes and humor.
