That sucks.. If it hits.. What kind are you getting?

26 KW Generac with 2 transfer switches and a load shed device. It’s on the smaller side for what I needed but to jump up to the liquid cooled 30kw was more than double the cost.

Just have to pay attention what I have on but figured it’s better to do that and save the extra money.

The Sarahan Dust wave 2 is hitting the Gulf this weekend which should dry up the air.

Seriois question, do the hurricane trackers account for this in their modeling?

91L is out ahead and won't be impacted. The potential 2nd system would form close to land associated with an old frontal boundary. This genesis pathway might even be assisted by the surge of Sarahan Dust passing to its south.

Odds the first model shows it going straight up the mouth of the Mississippi River?

GFS has it as nothing more than a TD. Just a breezy rainmaker

Yes, the 2nd potential system would just be a rainmaker. Also, there will be a high pressure to the north, which should move it along fast enough to prevent any serious flooding.

Mexico about to get wet. This would be the first named storm in the Gulf of America if it gets named.

I hate weathermen that light the bat signal for everything.

Let me know when it is hurricane or has the potential to become a hurricane.

Now most Tropical Storms and Depressions are nothing since most areas now have sufficient hurricane protection systems. We still need to be vigilant if one stays over an area for an extended time causing flooding rains.

Otherwise I will continue perusing though my Sears Catalog collection.
