A couple days ago Phil Campbell had over 7" of rain in about 2 and half hours. These storms have been slow moving and, heavy, heavy rainers. It wasn't a huge area under the Flash Flood Emergency the other day, either.

Looks like a big thunderstorm. That said. I worked that area during Sandy. Doesn’t take much to flood up there.
