I believe it's from the wave that just exited Africa so not like a true ghost storm, I know the Euro has been curving this way out to sea for the last sevearl runs so we shall see.

The Euro AIFS has been on a more south and west solution in the SW Atlantic

That euroAI had a huge whiff last week though

This is the kind of nonsense you get when they are allowed to change their prediction at a whim. If they had to stick to their path they would be ridiculed and stop this crap.

All of a sudden I have been getting these AI prediction models on my twitter feed and they have been predicting something in the Gulf from the 15-18th for like a week

I'm curious why you have "No Current Gulf Threats" in your thread's title but you put the graphic showing a major hurricane aiming towards the Louisiana coast?
Is it because you don't think your graphic representation will happen? (:fingerscrossed:)

Yes, which answers your question in the other thread directed at me.
That model has been known to give false hope to the doomcasters for a few years now.

Whenever you post something 2 weeks out you are trolling

I've never believed that rds dc ever trolls when it comes to hurricanes.
Others? Yes, but not him.

Oh I agree. Honestly they’ve all had whiffs. But even a broken clock is right twice a day. So eventually one of them will get lucky and be right.

Why they always show these hitting Terrebonne Parish!

Euro AI has been pretty worthless.

I’m pretty sure that’s just the baseline for every GFS model. They start there then work of the data to steer it one way or another.
