Pitiful. Been that way in Daphne forever. A loud fart shuts down the electrical grid here.

I'm in Daphne. Right above the Lake Forest Yacht Club and I still have power.

Still have power in Pensacola. Lights have flickered quite a bit. Some very hurricane-y gusts, but so far nothing crazy. Watching 2001-Space Odyssey.

I heard a transformer blow 30 minutes after our power went out. (3:30 or so) Fixed neighbor’s generator, (dead battery ) so I did my good deed for the day. Kinda surprised how wicked that first little ban was.

The Angel of death just posted something on X starting with “Not good”

Pretty gnarly wind in Metairie considering how far away from the storm we are. I threw long toss with my nephew earlier and the ball was running a good 15-20 ft.

It's been pretty damn gusty. I can imagine a few limbs and shite fell on some power lines.

Most likely a Meth lab fire in St. Tammany that spread from the trailer to a pole-mounted transformer.

We have excellent utilities in Robertsdale and rarely lose power although I expect we might at some point. Usually if we are out it’s a tree on a power line or a transmission line outside of our area somewhere

Still have power on my cameras in Pensacola. But I know that's likely to end here soon

Nothing too crazy to see on them, just looks like a strong summer storm blowing through so far

The governor of *checks notes* Florida, acting like he cant nail spanish is hilarious. Especially that mfer, he aint dumb.

He was also the governor of Florida when “checks notes” Hurricane Isaias run up the coast of Florida in 2020 and he had no problem properly saying the name.

Tools gonna tool, and that tool is made to pander.
