Hurricane headed to major city...in Arizona?

Just saw that Phoenix is getting the remnants of a hurricane. Can’t say I can remember the last time I heard of a hurricane hitting Phoenix.

I've heard of it before. Back in the 00s or 90s. It won't be a hurricane.
