is the weather channel full of shite?
Does the Weather Channel attract more viewers by saying "This storm is a big nothing." or by saying "People are going to die from this storm!!"

Sounds like Jefferson Parish government is closed through tomorrow.

Just asked someone that has a component of theirs as a client and can’t go tomorrow because they are closed so TFWIW

I'm becoming jealous of the AL, MS, and LA poster who have the day off tomorrow. I could use a day to lounge and do nothing.

So is tomorrow actually gonna be a nice clear day in BR? Should I plan on kids going to school and working or is the weather channel full of shite?

In this case, the weather for BR will be slightly breezier than it has been lately. That's really the only impact to be expected.

Dang. Sorry, Walt. Take some good weather videos from your room if things get exciting.

I’m sure gaming will resume ASAP. Probably by 7 am tomorrow.

Nah taking the day off during the middle of the week for no reason other than to be lazy would be weird. Plus a free vacation day is always better then having to use one.

That's a lot of potential threats in the future if they hold up.

The one on the left could follow that high pressure ridge to south Florida.

The one in middle will turn up to sea behind that big one. The one on the right will depend on if there is still a weakness from the one in front of it

Get one of the Panoramic Rooms at the Beau so you can watch the storm over the ocean and the city. I had a great view from the 25th floor a couple weeks ago.

I’ve got a room overlooking the gulf. On a lower floor though. I don’t like being too high in case the elevators go out.
