gonna make for an excellent episode of the reality TV show "This week on Flora-bama Shore... watch as our whole cast and crew gets washed out into the Gulf never to be seen again thanks to the hurricane. That's this week on Flora-bama Shore" I'd watch that episode

SNL did it last year during Irma, it was pretty accurate

I don't know if it's that, but the models suggest even the wind gusts for BR to be sub-25 mph at their peak.

There is very little to speak of on the west side of Gordon.

I'm not downvoting... but it's going to be something to someone

maybe not as much on this board (or in this thread) as previously thought... but it will impact someone's life negatively someway over the next 48 hours

What's a good estimate of how many times this picture has been posted on social media in the last 3 years?

Yeah, definitely, but if someone asks what the outlook is for BR, you'd think answering it honestly would be reasonable.

Am I seeing things or is it taking a jog due north?

It’s hard to tell if it’s overall movement or convection building with no true eye

When you say stair step, is the step carpeted and just hardwood?

Yeah it's a good thing I'm not in this business because I'd be yelling at everyone on Perdido that they're about to get it (based on that imagery)

It's been wobbling N then W and smoothing out to NW all morning. Wobbles are starting to matter some for exact landfall but I don't think it's about to pull north.
