When I told her she should be prepping to leave her area, she cursed me out.
I have no ill will towards her at all. But she did come across as unstable.

I dont have any site specific reports but the city of Wilimington has received 10+ inches of rains now since 6am cst

She said she was 30 miles inland from Carolina Beach. But the exact location she gave me was more like 20.
