God Jeff is such a bitch. He's out on the beach screaming about how he's about to get blown into the ocean and it's 65 mph. It's like 30 tops.

Is he playing a joke on us or is he serious?

Looks like tides are currently running 1.8 feet above predicted tides at Cape Lookout. That's the highest I've found so far.
