Does "favorable" mean favorable for the hurricane or favorable for people?

Why is it that every projected forecast with a storm has it going straight to Louisiana? Luckily they are wrong most of the time and it shifts somewhere else. If that forecast is correct it will be ok because LSU will be playing in jerry’s World so I don’t have to worry about another game being cancelled like McNeese st a couple of years ago.

Got a week planned in Destin Starting September 8th. I fully expect a cat 5 to hit the panhandle and ruin anmuch needed vacation.
