Nah, that's a separate potential storm:
2. An area of low pressure is expected to develop near Bermuda late this weekend or early next week. Pier is NOT going to make it. Waves are almost creating over the top of it already and high tide is not for 2 more hours and the storm surge hasn’t arrived yet either

Isaac wants round 2 with LA. That track would be crazy because it’s similar to Isaac s few years ago.

That makes the Euro and the GEM (not as familiar with this model, is it part of the Euro suite?) with a hurricane hitting Louisiana. What direction is the GEM moving Isaac in? I think the Euro hits SW Louisiana but that GEM seems further East unless it is moving more west at the end of that run.
