There is no way they will be able to agree on what color/pattern for the curtains.

Last time we had a first female going into the air was also in Florida and the Challenger exploded. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen again.

An SFMR-derived surface wind estimate of 106 mph was just measured in #Dorian's northern eyewall by recon aircraft.

Levi seems to be leaning heavily toward this thing not making its way into the gulf.
Appears if it makes it then you’d be looking a panhandle landfall. Likely won’t make it very far west in the gulf if it gets in the gulf. Worst case as far as widespread damage is if it goes up the peninsula, or worse makes it in the gulf and skirts the west coast of Florida without much weakening

This storm is getting stronger way sooner than expected it seems. It’s shrugging off the little bit of shear from the ULL

An eyewall run up the east coast of FL with no landfall and minimal weakening would be insane

Looks like some deep convection is blowing up around the center (the black and white cloud tops).

It has been pulsing all day but we haven't seen it wrap all the way around the eye, once that happens...

What's the black circles on the EPS guidance? That doesn't appear to be the track of the actual 12z operational run.

Maybe they can design a collapsible bridge in Miami

Yeah, it's gotta only be a matter of time before it blows up and stays there.
