In the same county that another hunter shot & killed a woman who was walking her dog. It must be something in the air or water.

I’ll never forget that our Vice President shot a man in the face thinking he was a bird or something

Well you're just making that up. He didn't think a person was a bird. He swung too far on a bird he was shooting at when he shot the other hunter. A stupid mistake, but that is vastly different than mistaking a truck for a deer, aiming a rifle and shooting at it. At least try to be intellectually honest.

Rut hits....bucks lose their minds chasing does. Then half of the people hunting lose their minds too. Surprised this doesn't happen more often.

See, this is the problem with people talking about shite they don’t understand or know anything about. This is actually very easy to do when upland bird hunting and not AT ALL like being irresponsible and mistaking a person for a deer/bird.

In the other shooting thread I said people need binoculars to indentify target. Binoculars would not have helped this idiot. Shooting at movement, you can’t get more dangerous than that.

Chautauqua County
Chautauqua is Indian for "retard".

People that do shite like this should have all their guns taken from them and never be allowed to hunt again. Not even with a pellet gun.

How far away was this truck?

Dumbass hunters who need to be educated on their weapons and not shoot a vehicle

How do you mistake a truck for a deer

Damn

I? know a guy who shot a truck deer hunting.

It was his own truck. Propped up on one side of the bed to shoot at a deer on the other side. Put a bullet right through the 4x4 sticker on the other side

Been hunting since I was 12. There is absolutely no excuse to shoot something that isn’t a deer. I can understand bird hunting accidents. But With a rifle you’ve got a fricking scope and no excuse for shooting anything other than a deer is careless, stupid, and should be prosecuted.
