Some people in their 30s look like they are in their 60s and some people in their 60s can pass for being in their 30s.
Live life but take care of yourself.
The weird thing is some of the healthiest people die before the ones who don’t give a shite.

My first was probably 48. Not looking forward to round 2.

Me too. I’ve told lots of people that at 55 I was 85% of what I was in my prime. If me and a young guy were moving something heavy I took the heavier end. But from 55 to 60 that changed a lot. I’m 62 now, and the man I was at 55 is a distant memory. (I’m still a stud compared to you pussies.)

In the space of two months my hands went from just fine to hurts all the time, arthritis has arrived at age 62

I’m 52). Now I use readers, I’m slower to stand up if I have to bend my knees for any reason

When I was 48 is when I first noticed that I was getting older. Hate to see the 60 mark because I am sure that it is going to be much worse

Fml, that’s in 2 months for me.

My eyesight went to shite in the third grade.
Luckily I have very little gray (now that I've shaved my beard), and very little wrinkling. Not bad for 63.
But I am very aware of how easy it is to bust your arse at this age.

One of my fraternity brothers looks like he hasn't aged at all but he's had two stents and a quadruple bypass. You never know.

Chicken, this thread tells you this site is soon to be on life support.

My travails are well known and started in 2015 at age 51 so I significantly exceeded the average. So far this year has been better than the last two, not good but better and just turned 60 around the end of June.

Turned 59 in May. In my mind, I’m still 28, but reality is totally different. Honestly, I feel like I’m about 40, but I take pretty good care of myself these days. A renal cancer diagnosis and subsequent removal of a kidney will help with that. I workout six days a week and eat right. Some issues with eyesight, but working on getting that corrected. Not too many gray hairs for my age, but being a woman, I have someone that “hides” them for me.

I’m gonna be 43 later this month. Only thing I’ve noticed really dramatic so far is the eyesight.
Same. I’m 43 on the 31st and my eyes are terrible now. I’ve always had good vision but that and grey hairs in my beard and a few on my head are the most noticeable things I see. I got into lifting weights a few years ago so I’m a little better physically than I was in my 30’s.
