It won't replace Netflix. It's more tv than movies, but it's worth having.

FIFY

to the OP, thanks.

we just dropped cable not because of some hipster/millennial complex, but because we're saving for a new house and $120 a month helps. i wasn't going to mess with hulu, but $1 against $120 will be nice to supplement.

Antenna for over the air channels in fox, cbs, nbc..

And it’s legal for someone who pays for cable to create a certain amount of logins to use.

So I have cox cable and I’m allowed to create up to like 8-12 e-mails to be used to access logins to whatever allows for cable logins.. like WatchESPN, hbo go, Disney app, etc.. and I share it with my mom and other family members for when they aren’t actually living with me. I mean I figure I pay for the service, I might as well utilize every portion of it.. so I created them all their own emails to use.. so they can access WatchESPN.. etc.. works flawless.

Cable is so expensive... but it’s mostly the premium channels and extra equipment that really drives up the prices for me.

I actually have a HDHomeRun with a cable card that allows me to record/dvr all my cable shows to my own plex media server as well that we all can access.

It’s amazing the times we live in.

Sorry for long post.

Can anyone with the $1 a month Hulu tell me how much extra it would be to then make it commercial free?? Do you still save by getting this deal and then upgrading??

At least spell "millennial" correctly.

just did the .99 deal.

the commercial free was 11.99 and mini-cable live-tv package was 39.99.

Thanks, so no savings at all.

That’s a shame. I would have purchased it to then upgrade, as long as there was some sort of savings.

Thanks again for checking for me!

It’s a great deal, but I’ll just share with a friend who got the deal already.

I’m a millineal, look at me! I cut the cord but pay just as much for streaming services. Hey, I’m soooo cool and edgy because I cut the cord. BTW, can I borrow your password so I can watch what you pay to watch since I’m a millineal free loader????

I save $40/month by having Hulu Live instead of cable. Cable costs way more than streaming. And nice insult there baw, you really showed me with your poor spelling
