No I actually do agree with you on both points, I just don’t know why you have to come off the way you do

Keep giving the OT hell

Got 7.5 hours last night. I get close to 8 hour about every night. I love it. I love working from home. Saves commute time for other better activities. My life has minimal stress. I don’t have kids, I love the freedom that gives me.

I'm feeling good this morning. Slept a little later since I didn't have anything to do at work until 8. Went to bed about an hour later than normal, though.

7h59m total
1h1m deep
4h53m light
2h5m rem
1m awake

55 BPM resting heart rate.

I've functioned in high-stress environments with little to no sleep for days on several deployments and it sucks. Humans aren't built to sustain like that for long periods without recuperating your mind and body.

I saw several instances where mistakes were made, mainly due to lack of rest.

Don't cheat your body. Don't cheat it out of hard work and don't cheat it out if rest.

A case can certainly be made that Mingo is the worst poster on this site.

This workout is not the flex you think it is.

Wasn’t too bad, swimming makes me tired as hell for some reason.

Nothing I do is impressive, which makes all of you that don’t do shite even more pathetic.

I'd pay some good money to have Chicken ban both Oweo and Mingo. Throw in JamalMurray27 in that group too

Imagine being such a pussy you can’t handle other people’s post on anonymous message board. I just don’t read oweo’s posts, pretty easy

Oh, I almost never read your posts. I'm just saying I'd pay some good money and take one for the TD.com team so no one has to read your posts anymore

This is entirely possible right now. Seems like a waste of money

Didn’t sleep a wink but my wife (and I) received some bad news yesterday and she was referred to MD Anderson to be evaluated. Hopefully I’ll pass out from exhaustion tonight!

Poorly, as usual. I toss and turn obsessing over work, family stress, my children's happiness, supporting my family, the passage of time, death. This appears to be an unavoidable byproduct of adulthood.

Seroquel helps me a great deal with sleep.

I have some other non-narcotic PRN meds: Vistaril, Buspar and Propranolol. I never have taken any of them daily.

Better than usual. Slept from about 11-3; 4-6; and 7:30-8:30.

Crazy dreams too.

Mostly staring at the ceiling and trying to go back to sleep. Deep breathing and trying to keep my mind shite off. This is not unusual for me. I’ve always had poor sleep patterns. Then I’ll crash and sleep for a day.

I've been trying to get up at 4 to 6 AM, walk the dogs, and then knock out my writing work for the day.

But sometimes I cover sporting events and don't get home until 10 PM.

A few sporadic days over the past month, I haven't been able to get up and have slept until 9:30 to even 1 PM one day.
