2002 Howard Stern would be absolutely disgusted by the 2022 version of Howard Stern. It’s one of the biggest 180’s a celebrity has ever gone through.

There’s going to be a great film or miniseries made about Howard one day about his glorious rise and fall. Howard’s career has been absolutely Shakespearian, because in the end he became what he always despised: he became Don Imus.

Defended him forever on here but the show officially sucks now. But OP is wrong. The impressions of his parents are a highlight of the show.

He's an old Yenta.

I still listen to Howard 101 because it's the best part of the show. I really miss that show. The best period of Howard was with Artie. Those were his golden years. Every now and then I put on Howard 100 and it's depressing to listen to that version of him.
CSB: the other day they played a phony phone call and I was laughing so hard I was crying and almost ran off the road. Some of those phone calls were masterpieces!

Have to agree. I still listen, but man, the show is bad now. I listened to the 2 new shows since he came back from "summer break" and it is just terrible. I'm going to keep listening until he's done with this contract because I've been listening for so long that I have to finish it out. Covid officially ended anything good about the show because the format now with him broadcasting from his house is terrible. The show badly needs to go back to the studio so they can have that chemistry with the staffers coming in and out.
I listen to Howard 101 way more than 100.

Stern knows that Trump was a grifter

Why would Howard invite a known grifter to his wedding?

Hopefully they have the funeral at Howard's house or he won't be able to go

That was when Trump was a huge Clinton supporter and Democrat.

That had nothing to do with the Clintons. I seriously doubt Howard invited them.

JS that was when Trump's political ideas lined up more with Howards is all.

FWIW, Trump is not a Manhattan guy. He is a Queens guy. Queens kids were never good enough for the Manhattan guys and not tough enough for the Brooklyn guys. Thus, Trump's over compensation. I don't mean that in a bad way. I'm just explaining the source of Trump psychology.

It is an important part of Trump’s psychology and why I think he was able to read the middle of the country as well as he did because he was around all these people mocking him for being an upstart who also lived off of daddy.

I’m not a Trump fan, but I don’t understand how he could be called a grifter. He is a successful real estate developer with some world class properties. Did he con someone out of them?

I mean, Trump had several cons.
