More guns and Ammo, a few Harvest Right Freeze Driers. A couple of pre-72 4x4 Jeeps and F150s and restore them to like new condition. Bushels and bushels of fresh veggies, pounds and pounds and pounds of fresh meat. Large capacity dehydrators. Commercial vacuum sealers and bags. I'd have two acres of my mountain property up on Cherokee Lake graded/flattened and prepped for cultivating a garden. 12" of soil brought in. I'd have a 5000 gallon gravity fed water tanked built in the side of the mountain 100 meters up from my existing cabin. I'd have a 12k watt solar farm put in and a matching LifPo battery bank. None of the above could be seen from the road or the lake. I'd add another storage outbuilding behind, attached-to, the cabin.
That would get me pretty close to burning the entire $350k.

I would buy 350k in gold jewelry. Your rules no longer apply because I spent the money, and gold jewelry is not an investment. Then I'd sell the gold jewelry for market value.
