Political correctness was not a thing when I was in high school early to mid-80's so from what I remember me and my friends would be fricked if the things we did and said were archived for all to see.

I didnt drink much in H.S. I was known as a designated driver and a friend to the minorities and freshmen girls would come to me when some jock or thug was getting too handsy. I settled that shite with quickness
I was also use by the administration as a peacemaker and go between when there wwere rumors conflict between the rednecks and teh blecks
