In banking, so still coming to work daily as long as we still have employees helping customers. I could easily work from home, but the optics of management at home while we ask others to be exposed isn't a great look. Daily commute has been amazing. 26 miles each way used to take me an hour and 15 minutes. Now, it's 30 minutes max each way.

Wife is a teacher, so she's been home tele-teaching while the kid is doing e-work. They were about ready to kill each other this time last week, but they're starting to get used to their new normal. Dogs and cat love them being home.

Me - I'm working from home 95% of the time now, and it's been an adjustment. Love not having a commute, but hard to stay on task in the afternoons with the kids around and the pretty weather we had the latter part of last week.

Wife - Still having to go to work(health care) but wanting to tackle every home project when she's home. As crowded as Home Depot was both times I drove by it this weekend, I got across to her how irresponsible it would be to go to HD for supplies. I have tackled several that didn't require a HD trip - cut and edged the yard, weeded the beds, pressure washed the front porch and walk, replaced light bulbs, cleaned exterior windows, etc.

16 year old son - Living his best life right now. Schools are supposed to have e-learning set up this week, so that will change. Sleeps until noon(I let him so I can get more work done in the morning), plays basketball in the driveway most of the afternoon, and texts all day.

13 year old daughter - also living her best life, thought she complains more about being bored. Also sleeps until noon, and has started helping mom with the laundry, vacuuming, etc.

Dog - absolutely loving having people home during the day, and all the walks she's gotten to go on. Currently napping out on the deck.

All that said, I have a chore list for both kids today. Vacation time is over for them once they wake up. I'm sure it's going to go over real well and I won't get shite done with work this afternoon.

Fairly normal for the most part. Being retired, I really don't run around the city much except to run errands like the grocery, pharmacy, big box store, etc. I pretty much enjoy being home and taking care of things around here.

My wife is still working M-F.

The only difference is my wife's daughter who's staying with us and going to school and had her job shut down. That's on hold and she's around all day long now taking classes on-line.

We installed new floors and a partition wall in our basement over the weekend. Been knocking home renovation projects we wanted to do before the baby comes. I could get used to this "work/life" balance finally!

Glad to see y'all are handling it in stride!

We are extraordinarily fortunate.

Everyone still getting paid (so far). We are reasonably close together for mutual support.

Strong families (which I unashamedly take credit for building mine) have good collective outcomes and are amazingly resilient. These are the reasons to put in the hard work to build them in the first place.

She knows what has to be done....the only question is, will she?

Me and my wife and my daughter all are able to work from home which we are very grateful for. Gotta adjust a little when 2 or 3 conference calls or online meetings fall at the same time, but other than that it works out well.

Plus, in the time saved from no commute and such, I've been able to get a ton of yard work/power washing and stuff done.

My two kids spent five minutes screaming at a turkey this morning while I was on a conference call.
