It's totally unrealistic and financially unfeasible but for years when I lived in NOLA I wished and hoped for LSU gameday ferry on a high speed ferry like the ones that take you from Boston to The Cape.
Pick me up in NOLA, drop me off by the vet school and bring me back afterwards.
